Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a radiation-proof infrared focal plane detector reading circuit which is characterized in that during a design process of the infrared focal plane reading circuit, radiation-proof metal oxide semiconductor device structures are adopted on a radiation-proof sensitive circuit, device threshold value drifting bought by an overall dose effect is reduced, an edge electric leakage closed circuit between a source electrode and a drain electrode is interrupted, and a P-type isolating ring is adopted on a significant circuit and used for physically interrupting the electric leakage closed circuit between the metal oxide semiconductor device structures. Due to the fact that the radiation-proof metal oxide semiconductor device structures are adopted in the radiation-proof sensitive circuit in the infrared focal plane reading circuit, the device threshold value drifting bought by the overall dose effect are reduced, and the edge electric leakage closed circuit between the source electrode and the
