An upper transformer bell-shaped flange is fastened with a lower transformer bell-shaped flange through a screw and a nut. A seal gasket is arranged between the upper transformer bell-shaped flange and the lower transformer bell-shaped flange. Insulating spacers are arranged on the side of the transformer bell-shaped flanges clamped by the screw and the nut respectively, and grounded drainage wires are connected on the screw. The screw is sleeved by insulating heat-shrinkable materials in a heat-shrinkable mode; when the upper and the lower transformer bell-shaped flanges are fastened by the screw and the nut, a bolt on the screw is insulated from the transformer bell-shaped flanges through the insulating heat-shrinkable material coated on the outer wall; and electric transformer is effectively guaranteed to operate safely, and stable operation of electrical network is guaranteed.
