The processing method comprises the following steps of obtaining the electronic trading information of electronic trading conducted by a user, conducing legal digital signature on the electronic trading information, obtaining an electronic trading certificate, and providing the electronic trading certificate for the user. The processing method and device for the electronic trading information solves the problem that the electronic trading information is prone to being forged or tampered, and ensures authenticity and non-repudiation of the electronic trading information.
