Further provided is a bicameral cell culture chamber in which two tubular frames having the same planar cross-sectional shape are adhesively secured in a state where a dried vitrigel film is interposed between the opposite-facing open end surfaces of the frames, and the first and second chambers are formed with the dried vitrigel film interposed therebetween.
