The invention relates to a ground water-air alternately-injecting process with a hot water slug technique and multi-injection by one pipe, wherein the process is used in ground injecting projects when oilfield development is carried out. The process comprises an injecting process of turning water driving into air driving and an injecting process of turning the air driving into the water driving, wherein injecting media for turning the air driving into the water driving are CO2 with the lower temperature of t1 and p1, clean water with the normal temperature of t3 and p3 is injected in a turned mode, injecting media for turning the water driving into the air driving are the clean water with the normal temperature of t3 and p3, and the CO2 with the lower temperature of t1 and p1 is injected in a turned mode. During the alternating period of water and air, the hot water slug is injected rather than a light dydrocarbon slug, and accordingly the explosion-proof degree design of a station is reduced.
