The slow-release preparation comprises gamma-polyglutamic acid, ground phosphate rock and kieselguhr; and the weight part ratio is 1:(0-1):(0-1). The slow-release preparation has the characteristic of biodegradability; the degradable product can generate a final product glutamic acid good for the environment; and the slow-release preparation also has the characteristics of high water-absorbing quality and good release controlling capability and usability of chelating metal ions and forming an ion compound with calcium and magnesium so as to acquire better nutrition biosome; and the slow-release preparation can be applied to the production of the coated/slow controlled release fertilizer in order to solve the defect that the coated/slow controlled release fertilizer polymer residue film or thermoplastic resin is not easy to be degraded in the soil environment in the prior art.
