Bicycle quick dismantling device

The invention discloses a bicycle quick dismantling device which comprises a shaft lever, a fixed seat, an operating rod, a driving piece, a linkage piece and a screw cap. The fixed seat is sleeved outside a connecting block of the shaft lever, the operating rod is mounted outside the fixing seat, the driving piece is rotatably arranged among the shaft lever, the fixed seat and the operating rod in a penetrating mode, the linkage piece is arranged inside the operating rod and is combined with the driving piece, and the screw cap is locked in the shaft lever. The operating lever comprises a first wing block and a second wing block which are respectively placed outside a first side wall and a second side wall outside the fixed seat. The driving piece sequentially comprises an angular block which is arranged inside the first wing block, a first positioning column which is arranged inside the first side wall, an eccentric column which is arranged inside a connecting block and a second positioning column which is
