The invention discloses high-abrasion soles, a sole material and a preparation method of the sole material. The sole material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of styrene-butadiene block polymers, 10-40 parts of polystyrene, 5-20 parts of polybutadiene rubber, 5-30 parts of naphthenic oil, 0.5-3 parts of azodicarbonamide, 0.5-2 parts of zinc stearate and 0.5-2 parts of zinc oxide. The sole material disclosed by the invention has the advantages that materials in the formula are easily available, low in price and convenient to process; the obtained shoe material has high quality, the abrasion resistance of the material is improved under the precondition that no increase of weight of soles. Each sole is provided with a rotating part, the rotating part comprises a base, an upper cover and a rotating shaft, and the rotating part is arranged on the front foot sole of the sole, so that a foot can easily rotate during movement; therefore, the soles have attractive appearance.
