Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a novel vincristine sulfate liposome composition formulation for intravenous injection and a preparation method and a storage method thereof. The invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutical preparations, and relates to vincristine sulfate liposome and a preparation method and a storage method thereof. The vincristine sulfate liposome of the present invention is formed by vincristine sulfate and at least one phospholipid, and can include at least a surfactant or a cryoprotectant or cholesterol. The storage method includes room temperature storage, cold storage, frozen storage and frozen dry storage. The pharmaceutical preparation is stable, is high in encapsulation rate, has no drug penetration phenomenon, is low in burst release rate, is simple and reliable in the specific preparation method, and is conducive to industrial production.
