The problem with conventional natural hair dye compositions which are plant-based dyes containing metal salts is that the dyeing time is a tedious 40 minutes or more. Since the hair dye composition of the present invention contains cysteine or a hydrochloride thereof, the dyeing time can be reduced to 10-20 minutes. |
