Zusammenfassung:A bilateral flat-plat type linear motor is characterized in that a moving-iron structure is adopted, and two groups of coils serve as stators to be arranged on two sides of a permanent magnet rotor symmetrically. Stator coils of the motor are connected to a three-phase alternating current to generate a specific travelling-wave magnetic field. Axial thrust corresponding to the stators is generated by the rotor under the action of the travelling-wave magnetic field. In the specific travelling-wave magnetic field, directions of thrust generated by the stators and the rotor are the same. Since the structure with a long rotor and short stators is adopted by the linear motor, the travelling-wave magnetic field generated by the stator coils is guaranteed to effectively drive the rotor to make reciprocating motion. Huge attraction between unilateral coils with iron cores and the permanent magnet rotor are mutually offset through the bilateral action structure.
