Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a novel cobalt-based baked porcelain alloy which comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: no more than 0.08% of C, 16-24% of Cr, 10-20% of Fe, 5-15% of Mn, 2-8% of Mo, 2-8% of W, 1-3% of Cu, no more than 0.4% of N, no more than 0.1% of Ni, less than 0.01% of S, less than 0.02% of P and the balance of Co. According to the invention, iron, manganese, tungsten and other elements are added to replace part of expensive element cobalt; the thermal expansion coefficient of the baked porcelain alloy is regulated by regulating the tungsten content, so that the baked porcelain alloy has excellent metal-porcelain binding force; the mechanical property and the corrosion resistance of the baked porcelain alloy are further optimized by the element nitrogen; and meanwhile, the element copper can be dispersed and dissolved out through special thermal treatment, so that the alloy has certain antimicrobial function.
