Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a slice taking and placing device and a slice scanning system. The slice taking and placing device comprises a moving part provided with a horizontal track and a vertical track, a rotary part and a clamping part provided with a clamping jaw for clamping a sliced tissue, wherein the horizontal track and the vertical track are perpendicular to each other, the vertical track is arranged in the horizontal track, the rotary part is connected with the vertical track and is arranged in the vertical track, the clamping jaw is arranged on the rotary part, and the rotary part drives the clamping jaw to rotate around the center of the rotary part. The slice taking and placing device can achieve automatic taking-out and replacing of tissue slices, improves scanning automation degree and the scanning cost and also reduces the labor cost.
