Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a machining method of overrunning clutch besides-star wheel grooves and relates to clutches. The machining method of overrunning clutch besides-star wheel grooves has high manufacturing accuracy and includes: 1) besides-star wheel log spiral grooves are machined on an overrunning clutch, and the grooves are penetrating grooves; 2) carburizing treatment is performed on the besides-star wheel log spiral grooves, and sand blasting treatment is performed on the besides-star wheel log spiral grooves so as to enable small pits to be formed on the surfaces of the grooves; and 3) besides-star wheels are rolled after being washed so as to complete machining of the overrunning clutch besides-star wheel grooves. The machining method of overrunning clutch besides-star wheel grooves enables service life of the overrunning clutch to be prolonged, reduces noise, and improves limit speed and bearing capacity of the overrunning clutch.
