Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to air conditioning and ventilation. The device comprises: a mask in communication with a person's respiratory system via a breathing aperture; a channel for supplying ambient air to a room; and a channel for the outlet of used air from the room, said channels being connected to the mask. The device is equipped with at least one ventilator with a rotation speed regulator, which is situated in the ambient air supply channel and/or the used air outlet channel. The mask is provided with a chamber in communication with the breathing aperture. The ambient air supply channel and the used air outlet channel are connected to the mask via the chamber.
