The NFC label comprises two depletion type N-channel MOSFETs (Metal-oxide-semiconductor Field Effect Transistors) in series connection and a voltage conversion circuit used for converting voltage of a power supply battery, wherein the two depletion type N-channel MOSFETs are connected in series, and then are connected between two connecting wires of an NFC antenna and an NFC chip in parallel; an input end of the voltage conversion circuit is connected with the power supply battery, and an output end is connected with grid electrodes of the two depletion type N-channel MOSFETs; moreover, when the power supply battery is fully charged, the voltage output from the voltage conversion circuit enables drain electrodes and source electrodes of the two depletion type N-channel MOSFETs to be in a cut-off state; and when the power of the power supply battery is low, the voltage conversion circuit enables the drain electrodes and the source electrodes of
