Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a mold for casting polysilicon ingot for solar battery, a method for manufacturing mould for casting polysilicon igcot, and a method for casting polysilicon igot. The method can inhibit the material from the casting mold main body move toward to the melted polysilicon, and realize the purpose of reducing the production cost. The casting mould casted by polysilicon uses silicon dioxide as the material, and the casting mold main body surface which contacts with the melted polysilicon is coated with silicon nitride containing slurry and sintered, thereby the membrane laminated layer whose porosity is in the range of 20-30%, and the thickness is above 0.5mm is obtained.
