Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a plant polyphenol extract product extracted from Osmanthus fragrans, and a preparation method and uses thereof, and concretely discloses an Osmanthus fragrans polyphenol extract product preparation method. The method comprises the following steps: 1, mixing Osmanthus fragrans with an aqueous solution of an extracting agent according to a solid/liquid ratio of 1g/15-60ml, carrying out microwave extraction of the obtained mixture under a pressure of 200-500KPa and a power of 80-200W for 3-20min, and repeating the above extraction process; and 2, mixing obtained filtrates to obtain a filtrate mixture, and drying the filtrate mixture to obtain an Osmanthus fragrans polyphenol extract product. The Osmanthus fragrans polyphenol extract product can be used for preparing antitumor medicines or healthcare products, and can also be used for inhibiting the activities of 5alpha-reductase.
