Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a purchase system and a purchase method of a virtual product. After a customer chooses the virtual product of a shop owner, the customer checks out, the shop owner completes collection making, and purchase equipment executes a trade program with a back-end server through a network system. The server conducts payment cutting on a trade account of the shop owner according to trade data, and then downloads product information of the virtual product to the purchase equipment, and the product information is printed by a printing device which is electrically connected with the purchase equipment and sent to the customer to preserve. Therefore, the shop owner does not need to store a carrier which records the product information of the virtual product, inventory cost is reduced, and risks of losing the carrier or being stolen are avoided.
