Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a plate core of a flat plate solar heat collector and a manufacturing method thereof, belonging to the field of solar energy. A heat collecting plate core consists of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and a guide pipe embedded into the plate core, wherein the guide pipe is taken as a channel for a heat transfer medium. The manufacturing method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps of placing a heat absorbing metal material into the embedded guide pipe into a mold; and performing thermal fusion covering to synthesize into an integral component. Compared with a welded plate core manufactured by using the conventional welding method, the heat collector plate core disclosed by the invention has the advantages of easiness in manufacturing, light weight, firmness, capability of bearing pressure, long service life, and the like.
