Zusammenfassung:A preposed oil cell disruption process of producing aromatics by cubcritical fluid low-temperature extraction equipment belongs to the solvent extraction method of plant aromatics. The invention comprises processes of extraction, evaporation, desolvation and the like, and further a preposed oil cell disruption process: sucking subcritical fluid inside a solvent tank into an extraction tank for soaking materials and respectively carrying out reduction evaporation and vacuum evaporation by a compressor and a vacuum pump so as to cause oil cell disruption for further extraction and the like due to expansion of the gasification volume of the fluid in the oil cell. The effect of normal extraction carried out for 3-5 times can be reached only by carrying out the extraction for 1-2 times via the subcritical fluid after cell disruption. The invention is featured with fast extraction speed, low energy consumption, high efficiency and economies of scale without addition of equipment and facilities.
