The warm mixed asphalt concrete additive is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight of 10-25 parts of warm mixing agent, 25-35 parts of rubber powder, 5-10 parts of polyethylene wax, 5-10 parts of fiber, and 10-15 parts of calcium carbonate. The warm mixed asphalt concrete additive provided by the invention not only solves the technical problems of complicated process, high investment, high pollution, high energy consumption, low synthesized pavement performance, short service life of pavement, narrow application range and the like in the traditional warm mixed asphalt concrete technology, but also solves the problems of construction and environmental protection under a low-temperature condition, reduction of investment cost and pavement maintenance cost and the like, and has high economic value and social benefit.
