The low-resistance silicon rubber corona resistant material for the high-voltage motor is manufactured by adopting the following process: mixing a tackifier with silicon rubber on a rubber mixing mill; adding carbon black powder and graphite powder to the uniformly mixed substances and uniformly mixing; adding vulcanizing agent and mixing; mixing the vulcanizing agent in the placed silicon rubber mixture uniformly; heating up and vulcanizing the re-mixed silicon rubber mixture and cooling to obtain the low-resistance silicon rubber corona resistant material for the high-voltage motor.
