The material plug screw feeder comprises a base, a casing and a screw shaft which is arranged in the casing and fixed through bearing seats. The bearing seats include a first bearing seat and a second bearing seat. The screw shaft is fixed on the casing through the first bearing seat and is connected with a coupler through the second bearing seat. The first bearing seat is fixed on a flange with a spigot, and the flange is fixed on the outer wall of the casing. The material plug screw feeder for biomass power generation can avoid serious abrasion of a bearing and the bearing seats, operation of the screw shaft is led to be stable and reliable, and service lives of the coupler and a speed reducer are prolonged.
