| Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of automobile accessory manufacturing, in particular to an automobile beam processing method. The method includes: sawing a hollow steel pipe profile according to a preset size; making two ends of the hollow steel pipe profile after being sawed into predetermined conical degrees; pressing the side face of the hollow steel pipe profile with the predetermined conical degrees at the two ends to form a primary profile with a cross section in a set shape; curving two ends of the primary profile; and obtaining an automobile beam. Compared with a conventional method through welding two pieces of concave iron, the automobile beam processing method has the advantages that automobile beams manufactured by the method are integrally formed and are free of welding beams, so that cracking is avoided. |
