Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of confectionary, and in particular relates to a tamarind papaya fructose with wild tamarind and wild papaya as the main raw materials and a preparation method of the tamarind papaya fructose. The tamarind papaya fructose is prepared from 50-80 parts of exquisite tamarind flesh, 40-40 parts of exquisite papaya flesh, 8-30 parts of white sugar, and 5-15 parts of edible gum. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: A. exquisitely preparing tamarind flesh; B. exquisitely preparing sour papaya flesh; C. preparing colloid syrup; D. mixing and preparing jam; E. drying; and F. packaging. According to the invention, in the preparation process, no preservative, pigment or saccharin sodium are added, so the tamarind and the sour papaya retain the original flavor and the mellow mouthfeel as much as possible, and the effect of just melting in the mouth and leaving no dregs is achieved.
