The method comprises the following steps that the mobile terminal monitors the picture file change and/or picture file storage content change condition, and in addition, when the change generation of the picture file or the change generation of the picture file storage content is monitored, the log file is updated according to the monitored change conditions; and when the mobile terminal is connected to other terminal equipment, the mobile terminal provides the log file for other terminal equipment so that other terminal equipment can manage picture files on the mobile terminal according to the log file.
