Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a chemical oxidation solution composition for an aluminium-alloy surface. The composition is composed of the components in the following concentrations: 18-22 g/l of chromic anhydride (CrO3), 8-12 g/l of potassium ferricyanide (K3Fe(CN)6), 3-5 ml/l of nitric acid (HNO3), 0.75-1.5 g/l of sodium fluoride (NaF), and 1 g/l of boric acid (H3BO3). The invention discloses a process method for performing chemical oxidation treatment on an aluminium-alloy surface by adopting an oxidation solution composition in a chemical oxidation process, wherein the method is good in the effect of the chemical oxidation treatment for the aluminium-alloy surface; the quality of the formed chemical oxidation film achieves standard requirements; and the aluminium-alloy oxidation film layer treated by the chemical oxidation process is suitable for chemical oxidation for the welding joint parts of large components. |
