The invention discloses a nitrogen heterocyclic BODIPY compound and a synthesis method thereof. The structural formula of the compound refers to patent specification, wherein each of R1 and R2 is independently selected from one of Cl, Br, I, methyl and ethyl, n is within the range of 1 to 5, preferably n is within the range of 1 to 3, and m is within the range of 1 to 5.
