Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a process for coating a film on a special-shaped door plank. The process comprises the following steps: cutting a PVC film with an appropriate size according to the size of a blank of the special-shaped door plank; applying an adhesive on the surface of the blank of the special-shaped door plank; laying the PVC film cut in advance above the blank; using a blast heater for uniform convection heating of the PVC film to a temperature of 100 to 120 DEG C and carrying out vacuum-pumping on the surface of the blank of the special-shaped door plank at the same time; ad allowing the PVC film to be uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the blank of the special-shaped door plank from all directions so as to finish film coating. Compared with the prior art, the process provided by the invention has the advantages of saving of resources and improvement of product quality and production efficiency.
