The invention relates to an organic light-emitting diode display device and a driving method thereof. The organic light-emitting diode display device includes a plurality of organic light-emitting diode pixels, a gate driver, a source driver, and a voltage controller. Each organic light-emitting diode pixel includes a current control switch and an organic light-emitting diode. The first end of the current control switch is coupled to a first voltage source. The first end of the organic light-emitting diode is coupled to the second end of the current control switch, and the second end of the organic light-emitting diode is coupled to a second voltage source. The gate driver outputs scanning signals to sequentially open the organic light-emitting diode pixels. The source driver outputs display voltage to the organic light-emitting diode pixels. The voltage controller adjusts the voltage difference of the first voltage source and the second voltage source based on the maximum gray-scale value of the display data
