Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a motorcycle damper. The motorcycle damper comprises a damping outer cylinder and a damping spring, wherein the damping spring is arranged on the damping outer cylinder in a sleeved mode. Through utilization of a spring installing seat which is sleeved on the damping outer cylinder, the damping spring is limited and fixed on the damping outer cylinder, and at the position where the spring is installed, the damping outer cylinder body enables a sinking table which is used for limiting the spring installing seat to be squeezed out in a squeezing mode. The motorcycle damper has the advantages of being simple in structure, small in part number, low in cost, simple in technology and the like.
