The preparation of the honeyed ginseng slices through using the method can realize the year-round production of the honeyed ginseng slices, and reduce the cost; and the honeyed ginseng slices prepared in the invention are not obviously different from honeyed slices prepared through using Rhizoma Anemarrhenae as a raw material in mouthfeel or nutritional values, and are more competitive in the market.
