The target position acquisition method comprises the steps that information which is reported by a first user at a target position through a mobile terminal and contains position data is received and the position data are converted into image segment coordinates, the image segment coordinates which are on the same image segment are identified as image segment coordinates of the same target, a predetermined operation is conducted to the identified image segment coordinates, an operation result is determined to be the target position, and a second user request of the target position is acquired as needed, and the target position which is near to the second user is sent to the second user. Through the target position acquisition method, the fact that a solution for conveniently and fast positioning target objects is offered to uses is achieved.
