Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a discovery for a mechanism for conveying and distributing mitochondria in cells, wherein mitochondria are energy (ATP (adenosine triphosphate)) generators and converters in eucaryon cells, and participate in the various vital movements of cells; the abnormities of mitochondria may cause the important diseases of cranial nerve diseases, heart diseases, cancers and the like; the dynamic distribution and conveying of mitochondria in cells are closely related to cytoskeletons and motor proteins, however, a molecular mechanism of regulating the dynamic distribution and conveying of mitochondria is not clear yet; and direct influence on the dynamic distribution and conveying of mitochondria is not reported yet.
