Zusammenfassung: | A polyolefin resin composition special for tubing comprises, calculated by the weight of high density polyethylene being 100%, 1) 100% of the high density polyethylene; 2) 8%-18% of a ULDPE-g-HEMA graft; and 3) 5%-12% of a chloroprene rubber. The ULDPE-g-HEMA graft contained in the composition is prepared by using bromine as an initiator through a reactive extrusion process for graft. The ULDPE-g-HEMA graft and CR with specific contents are added to HDPE, and extruded and granulated by a twin-screw extruder to obtain the polyolefin resin composition for tubing. The method improves environmental stress cracking resistance (more than 5000 hours) of the high density polyethylene, and expands application of the high density polyethylene to tubing or other fields. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the resin composition. |
