The thymic immunosuppressive pentapeptide (TIPP) is from low molecular weight-thymic immunosuppressive extract-c (LMW-TISE-c) and has an amino acid sequence Ala-Glu-Trp-Cys-Pro shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. The pentapeptide is a component determined by acquiring a structure from the thymic immunosuppressive component for the first time over the years. The pentapeptide is from TISE, and can be used for preparing the immunosuppressive medicament.
