Laser processing error correction method and processor

A laser processing error correction method and a processor are provided; the method comprises the following steps: executing a visual error detection program; imaging a standard test piece with a standard image to form a sampling image; comparing the standard image with the sampling image, recording visual error value among each corresponding points of the images to form visual imaging position compensation table; executing a laser/visual path-length error detection program; carrying out laser test processing to a workpiece according to the visual imaging position compensation table and a test image; sampling the workpiece to form a workpiece image; comparing the workpiece image with the test image, recording laser/visual path-length error among corresponding points of the two images, and calculating the visual imaging position compensation table and layer/visual path-length error to form a laser processing position compensation table.
