A cylinder body fixing hinged ring of the feeding oil cylinder and a head hinged ring of a piston rod of a discharging oil cylinder are connected with one end of a stabilizing connecting rod, the other end of the stabilizing connecting rod is connected with the lower swinging frame and the connecting rod support se
