Plant callus grafting method and device thereof

The invention discloses a plant callus grafting method. According to the method, calluses of one kind of plant or calluses of two kinds of plants are grafted in a perpendicular mode, stock calluses are arranged on a solid culture medium at the bottom of an inner pipe, scion calluses are fixed between two sponge bars and absorb fluid nutrient medium at the bottom of an external bottle through the sponge bars. Nutrient and hormone combination of the solid culture medium and the fluid nutrient medium are prepared according to different physiological states of the stock calluses and the scion calluses. According to the method, the stock calluses are enabled to absorb nutrient and hormone from the solid culture medium, and the scion calluses absorb nutrient and hormone from the fluid nutrient medium through the sponge bars, so that double-medium cultivation and independent induction are achieved, and a new approach is provided for research of cytology and molecular biology study of a grafting basic theory.
