Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a polished rod eye bias adjusting device of a pumping unit, and the device comprises a hair braid, a polished rod eye, a thrust bearing, polished rod eye caps and a bias adjusting mechanism, and is characterized in that the bias adjusting mechanism comprises polished rod eye clips, adjusting screws, adjusting nuts and a fixed pin; two symmetric polished rod eye clips are respectively arranged on the two polished rod eye caps; one ends of the two polished rod eye caps are fastened by screws, and the other ends of the two polished rod eye caps are connected with one ends of the adjusting screws through a carriage and the fixed pin; the other ends of the adjusting screws connects the adjusting screws of the two polished rod eye clips through the adjusting nuts; and the thrust bearing is arranged between the groove of the polished rod eye cap and the polished rod eye cap of the polished rod eye.
