Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the utilization of lime sludge in sugar manufacturing by a carbon method. The process comprises the following steps of: casting molasses alcohol waste mash to an excrement alcaligene bacteria liquid according to the inoculum size which is 0.5% of waste mash liquid, introducing air to ferment, wherein the PH value of the excrement alcaligene fermenting waste mash reaches about 5; further, mixing Cellulomonas flavigena bacteria liquid to fresh bagasse according to the inoculum size which is 0.5% of the fresh bagasse, and uniformly mixing; then, mixing the waste mash after fermentation of excrement alcaligene bacteria according to 10% of sludge amount, the inoculated bagasse according to 30% of sludge amount with lime sludge; uniformly mixing, composting to ferment, controlling the fermenting temperature at about 40 DEG C; and when the pH value of the mixed bacteria soil reaches about 8, obtaining the carbon method lime sludge fermenting bacteria soil.
