Filament arraying machine and method for manufacturing brush type sealing device by using same

The invention discloses a filament arraying machine and a method for manufacturing a brush type sealing device by using the filament arraying machine. The filament arraying machine comprises a shuttle ring driven by a main motor and a filament arraying disc driving mechanism driven by a filament arraying motor; and the shuttle ring with a winding wheel vertically passes through a filament arraying disc. When the filament arraying machine is used for manufacturing the brush type sealing device, the filament arraying disc is firstly assembled by using a filament arraying tool, then the filament arraying disc is arranged on the filament arraying machine to carry out automatic filament arraying, the filament arraying disc is removed after filament arraying, two outer annular plates of the brush type sealing device are arranged on the upper and lower parts of the filament arraying disc, the two outer annular plates are fixed with the filament arraying disc into a whole through a platen and a clamp, then brush fila
