Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of inonqqus obliquus water-extract fine powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: selecting materials, crushing, cutting and crushing into powder of which the granularity is within 10-14mesh, wherein the powder of which the granularity is 1.05+/-0.06mm is more than 80%; adding hot water to extract for three times within 70-80 DEG C; concentrating to a fluid extract containing 65-70% of solid powder at 70-80 DEG C; and finally drying so as to obtain a small piece shaped dry extract which is dark black, bright in surface gloss, and slightly bitter and slightly astringent in taste, wherein the yield rate is 15%. The preparation method is simple in process and good in yield rate; a prepared fine powder product has the health-care effect of enhancing the human body immunity, and can be widely applied to basic raw materials of solid and liquid beverages.
