Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a duodenum casing for treating diabetes implanted under an endoscope. The duodenum casing comprises an anchoring part and a pipeline, wherein the anchoring part consists of two parallel nitinol rings and a casing extension expanding part; the pipeline into which liquid or gas can be injected is arranged on the tube wall of the casing of which the two ends are communicated with each other; the two nitinol rings are arranged on a triangular tooth-shaped structure of the anchoring part; and the nitinol rings are used for opening the opening of the casing extension expanding part. The duodenum casing has the beneficial effects that nitinol and a biocompatible polymer are taken as raw materials, so that the duodenum casing can be well implanted in vivo directly under the endoscope by using relevant appliances for treating type 2 diabetes. The duodenum casing can be taken out of the endoscope in time without surgery when not necessary. |
