The BMI ENCORE 61000 type power quality monitor (1) is connected with the PQVIEW type data server (2) through Ethernet, the PQVIEW type data server (2) is connected with the PQES type application server (3) through the Ethernet, and the PQES type application server (3) is connected with the terminal (4) through the Ethernet. The power quality monitoring data collection and calculation device has the advantages of being directly compatible with any type power quality monitoring terminal with a PQDIF (IEEE11159) format, achieving analysis and calculation of all national standard regulated power quality indexes, being capable of establishing a comprehensive assessment index and achieving comprehensive analysis of power quality.
