Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a double closed-loop based avalanche photo diode (APD) reverse bias voltage control circuit and method. The double closed-loop based APD reverse bias voltage control circuit comprises a control circuit, a reverse bias voltage supply circuit, a current mirror circuit and a feedback circuit, wherein the input end of the reverse bias voltage supply circuit is connected with the control circuit, voltage output by the reverse bias voltage supply circuit is loaded onto an APD through the current mirror circuit, the feedback circuit feeds reverse bias voltage of the APD to the control circuit, and the control circuit adjusts voltage output by the control circuit to the reverse bias voltage supply circuit according to voltage output by the feedback circuit.
