Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a device and method for testing magnetic driver rotor coupling unbalanced force. The device comprises a machine table main body, a testing mechanism, a horizontal adjusting platform, a force testing mechanism and a vertical adjusting platform. An inner rotor of a sensor is arranged on the testing mechanism, an outer rotor is arranged on the vertical adjusting platform, the force testing mechanism is connected with the testing mechanism, and the testing mechanism is arranged on the horizontal adjusting platform. The horizontal adjusting platform and the vertical adjusting platform are arranged on the machine table main body. By means of the testing device, coupling radial force of the inner rotor and the outer rotor of a magnetic driver at different positions is detected simply and precisely, the minimum coupling radial force is found out and marked, a production factory is instructed to conduct assembling, bearing excessive abrasion caused by the fact that radial combined force is too |
