The plate heat exchanger sheet with the dimple-shaped pits comprises a medium inlet, an inlet flow-guiding area, an outlet flow-guiding area, an inlet flow-dividing area, an outlet flow-dividing area, a heat-exchanging area, a medium outlet and positioning holes. The positioning holes are formed in the middle portions of two ends of the plate heat exchanger sheet. The medium inlet is formed in one end, adjacent to the positioning hole, of the plate heat exchanger sheet. The medium inlet is connected with the inlet flow-guiding area and the inlet flow-dividing area. The medium outlet is formed in the other end, adjacent to the positioning hole, of the plate heat exchanger sheet.
