The invention relates to a molecular weight distribution testing method for transfer factor oral liquid. The method comprises the following steps of: establishing chromatographic detection conditions to measure and calculate molecular weights of different minor polypeptides contained in the transfer factor oral liquid; establishing a molecular weight standard curve under the detection conditions through at least three standard products with known molecular weights by adopting the chromatographic detection conditions, and realizing measurement and calculation of the molecular weight of the unknown minor polypeptides according to the chromatographic peak retention time of molecules and the linear relation between molecular weights and numerical values; and detecting a sample of the transfer factor oral liquid by utilizing the chromatographic detection conditions, and realizing the determination of molecular weight distribution of the different minor polypeptides in the sample of the transfer factor oral liquid
